We value and respect our specialist’s time, as well as our client’s. Due to our high number of appointment requests, and in order to secure your time in the schedule, we must collect a $50.00 dollar deposit to book your appointment.
You can use this deposit later as a credit towards your service(s) and product(s).

Please read and understand our cancellation policy below. If you incur a cancellation or late fee, this will be deducted from your deposit.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully request you to inform us 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Our Policy:
  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $50.00 dollars.
  • In the case of a no-show, the same fee for $50.00 will apply.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, a late fee for $25.00 will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. 

Cancellation, no show, and/or late fees will be charged to your card on file. You understand and you are given Vanity Skin and Laser authorization to store this card on file and to charge for booking fees services.
